Even if it wouldn't stop the pings or spasm drawings, i'd like to know who's drawing command lines or urging the party to move in certain situations. colors and/or a pen symbol in front of the name would be nice.

Why? because it's a nice substitute when you don't use vent or ts. Just an example : hall map. 80% of players aren't watching maps nor reading chat, thus i like spamming ping on the map so that they know ... Overall , it's annoying when people are drawing obscene things yes , but is that such annoying when there are people spamming racial things on local chat ??
